The Municipality of Thessaloniki is hosting the exhibition “The question is what you say now” in the City Hall foyer, dedicated to the life, work and intellectual legacy of Thessaloniki poet Manolis Anagnostakis. The exhibition is organized by the Municipality of Thessaloniki, the Hellenic Parliament Foundation for Parliamentarism and Democracy, the Association of Friends of the Poet Manolis Anagnostakis and the National Theatre of Northern Greece. The exhibition material presents milestones in the poet's life and creative career, his connection to Thessaloniki and the social and political issues of modern Greece, as well as his influence on postwar Greek poetry.
The exhibition runs until October 15, 2026, Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:30. Two public guided tours will be led by Miltos Polyviou, president of the Association of Friends of the Poet.
