Collective cooking starts at 13:30 and the shared meal at 15:30. From 15:00, free portions of food prepared by the “El chef - Collective Kitchen” group in Exarchia will also be distributed.
At 18:00, the collective kitchen's open assembly follows, where the following week's menu is set and decisions are made about the Mutual Aid Fund. According to the organisers, the fund supports community members in emergencies, such as water or electricity disconnections and legal expenses, with a maximum contribution of 50 euros each time.
The activity takes place at 75 Naxou Street and Krassa Street, near the Koliatsou stop. Voluntary donations of money and ingredients, such as rice, pulses and pasta, are collected every Monday to keep the collective kitchen running.
